Louise is a freelance consultant with extensive field experience related to communications, knowledge management and monitoring and evaluation in the natural resources sector across Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa. Her key interest is understanding how social networks increase transparency of information flows, support improved coordination of rural development programmes and give a voice to the rural poor.
Louise is currently involved in the facilitation of the Knowledge Management Impact Challenge which aims to increase our understanding of how to measure the results and impacts of our investments in knowledge and learning by collecting and synthesising stakeholder experiences towards greater consensus on good practice
