Ewen Le Borgne
Ewen Le Borgne is project officer at the IRC International Water and Sanitation Centre where he is working on communicationg, learning and monitoring activities internally at IRC and particularly with partners in West Africa and Ethiopia.
Specific activities and areas of interest include development of pro-poor resource centre networks in the water and sanitation wector, support to learning alliances and other multi-stakeholder processes, and adapting monitoring practices (towards more process documentation, outcome-focused monitoring etc.).
