The World Bank launched a report on knowledge for development for Africa in Johannesburg South Africa, on 26th March 2008. Although the report partly represents the World Banks development ideology and percepton of KM as an ICT infrastracture driven concept, it nevertheless represents a welcome growing interest on KM for Africas’ development:
